Review Verification
Mundo Pisos does not individually verify (one by one) that every review posted on Google corresponds to a real customer or a genuine experience, since this content is generated and managed by a third party (Google).
When requesting reviews from customers, this is done in a neutral manner and without offering any incentives, following an interaction or the provision of services by Mundo Pisos.
How reviews are displayed on mundopisos.com
- They are displayed exactly as they appear on Google (including, where applicable, the user’s name or public ID, rating, and text).
- For design reasons, the text may be truncated and include a “read more” option.
- The website may display a limited number of reviews and present them in the order or format provided by the integration tool (for example, recency or relevance).
- Mundo Pisos does not rewrite or alter the meaning of the review content. If any highlighting or selection criteria are applied, the criteria will be clearly disclosed.
Responses to Reviews
Mundo Pisos can publicly respond to reviews on Google Business Profile to thank customers for their feedback, request additional information via a private channel, or provide contact information for reviewing a case.
For privacy and security reasons, Mundo Pisos does not include personal data, file information, amounts, exact property addresses, or any other information that could identify transactions or third parties in its responses.
Reviews that are allegedly fake, inauthentic, or illegal
If we detect reasonable grounds to believe that a review does not reflect a genuine experience, contains personal information, serious insults, threats, or illegal content, or violates Google’s policies, Mundo Pisos may:
- Conduct an internal review using the available information (without accessing or publishing personal information).
- Request that Google review or remove the review using the reporting and support mechanisms provided by Google.
The final decision regarding the removal or retention of a review on Google rests with Google.
How to Request a Review or Action on a Review
If you wish to request a review of a review (for example, due to possible falsification, impersonation, or illegal content), you can write to:
Email: calidadgestion@mundopisos.com
Suggested subject line: “Request for review of a review - Google”
To process the request, please provide:
- The link to the review (or a screenshot).
- The reason for the request (e.g., “I am not a customer,” “it includes personal data,” etc.).
- Any minimal contextual information (without providing excessive details).
Additionally, users can use Google’s own tools to report reviews from Google Maps/Google Business Profile.
Data Protection
The reviews displayed on mundopisos.com come from content that users have posted on Google using their public account ID. Mundo Pisos does not add any personal data beyond what is already visible on Google and responds without disclosing private information.
